Designation: Quick Commerce Marketing Head
Experience: 8+ years in FMCG, with a focus on quick commerce platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth within the quick commerce channel.
- Define and execute innovative marketing campaigns tailored to the unique characteristics of quick commerce platforms and consumer behavior.
- Identify and capitalize on emerging trends and opportunities within the quick commerce ecosystem.
- Craft and execute a complete go to market strategy for all new product launches within the quick commerce space.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key quick commerce platform partners (e.g., [mention specific platforms]).
- Negotiate and manage marketing agreements, promotional activities, and joint initiatives to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with platform partners to optimize product placement, visibility, and promotional opportunities.

- Drive sales targets, enhance product visibility, and optimize marketing spend to achieve maximum efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in sales and digital marketing within the FMCG industry, with a minimum of 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies within quick commerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of the FMCG industry, consumer behavior, and digital marketing trends.
- Expertise in performance marketing, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain, inventory systems, and digital technologies relevant to quick commerce.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong negotiation and partnership management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
