Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurgaon, India for a Marketing Manager at Quick Clean Laundry Solutions.
- The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, overseeing advertising campaigns, conducting market research, and managing the marketing team to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Website Management: Maintain and update the company website using WordPress.
- Ensure site optimization, content updates, and smooth user experience.
- Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Vendor Coordination: Identify, negotiate, and manage external vendors for marketing activities such as events, print materials, and promotional items.
- Design & Content Creation: Use tools like Canva and Photoshop to create marketing collaterals, social media graphics, and other visual content.
- Branding & Positioning: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels, maintain brand guidelines, and enhance brand recall.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in WordPress for content management and basic troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Experience in handling vendors, negotiations, and event marketing logistics.
- Familiarity with designing tools like Canva and Photoshop.
- A good grasp of branding principles and the ability to maintain brand consistency.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

- Marketing Strategy, Advertising, and Market Research skills.
- Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing skills.
- Experience in developing and implementing marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Preferred Skills (Bonus):.
- Basic SEO and digital marketing knowledge.
- Experience with paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- Understanding of email marketing tools.
