Position Overview:

- As a Sales and Commissions Analyst at our leading cyber security company, you will play a crucial role in driving sales performance through detailed analytics, commission calculations, and strategic planning support.

- Your expertise will help ensure accurate reporting and resolution of commission discrepancies while providing vital insights for annual planning and strategic meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain sales analytics reports that track performance metrics and trends.

- Resolve commission-related issues and discrepancies in a timely manner.

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure commission structures are clearly understood and accurately implemented.

- Assist in the annual planning process by providing data-driven insights and forecasts.

- Prepare and present reports for strategic meetings, highlighting key findings and recommendations.

Qualifications:-

- Bachelor's/Masters degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

- Proven experience in sales analytics or commission management, preferably in the tech or cyber security sector.

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

- 7-9 Years Experience in a similar role or Sales Operations Field
