About the Role:
We're looking for a high-performing Sales Leader to join our dynamic team at Qualtech, a leading digital lending solutions provider. In this role, you'll drive solution sales of our LOS/LMS platforms to BFSI clients-leading end-to-end sales cycles with deal sizes ranging from - 3 to - 10 crores, while building strong relationships with CXOs across Banks, NBFCs, Fintechs, and Housing Finance institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business through consultative, solution-based sales to BFSI clients
- Identify and close high-value opportunities, achieving aggressive revenue targets
- Build long-term partnerships with decision-makers & C-level stakeholders
- Develop go-to-market strategies aligned with emerging lending trends & digital innovations
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Tech, Marketing) to customize client solutions
- Stay updated on regulatory shifts, risk frameworks, and digital transformation trends in lending
- Ensure compliance and governance in all deal executions

Preferred Experience & Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in Sales/BD in Lending, BFSI, or Fintech

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
