Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Elicitation & Analysis: Proactively engage with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document functional requirements.
- This includes working at a "ground level" to understand and extract the true needs of the business, as well as challenging assumptions and questioning existing processes.
- System Design & Implementation: Drive the end-to-end system development lifecycle for the new QA system.
- Given the team's limited knowledge of Quality Engineering (QE), the BA will be responsible for guiding the process and translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements for the development team.
- Order to Cash (O2C) Expertise: Provide functional expertise in the Order to Cash process, including Order Management.
- The BA must be able to translate business needs into system requirements for this critical module.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Lead the test planning and strategy, ensuring a robust approach to quality.
- This includes defining test scenarios, coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensuring that requirements are tested from the initial documentation through to user acceptance.
- The BA should be adept at creating comprehensive requirement-to-user-acceptance scenarios.
- Project Execution & Leadership: Serve as a self-driven, independent contributor who can own the execution of project tasks.
- The BA will be required to work from the office premises and take the initiative to drive the project forward independently, ensuring all milestones are met.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in a manufacturing or similar industry (non-IT company).
- Deep functional knowledge of the Order to Cash process, including Order Management.
- Strong analytical skills with a logical, questioning attitude and the ability to challenge stakeholders constructively.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Experience in test planning, test strategy, and leading UAT sessions.
- Ability to work independently and drive projects with minimal supervision
