About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Program Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple related projects across departments.
The ideal candidate will ensure alignment with organizational goals, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver programs on time, within scope, and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define program scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Plan and oversee multiple related projects, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure program milestones and deliverables are met.
- Manage program-level risks, issues, dependencies, and change control processes.
- Monitor and report program status to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Ensure effective utilization of resources across projects within the program.
- Drive consistent program management methodologies and best practices.
- Foster collaboration between business, product, technology, and operations teams.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Continuously assess program performance and implement improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or PMP preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in project/program management, including managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale programs across multiple business functions.
- Strong understanding of program and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
