About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Delivery Manager to lead our IT project delivery function. This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for professionals with deep experience in managing large-scale service delivery, customer success, profitability, and digital transformation initiatives across the eCommerce domain (preferably for Indian clients).

As the Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex, multi-disciplinary technology projects, managing delivery operations, and ensuring that business value is consistently delivered to clients. You will be the key driver of customer satisfaction, profitability, technology excellence, and automation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex IT programs/projects in a multi-client, multi-technology environment.

- Ensure project delivery is on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations and business value realization (BVR).

- Define and implement delivery governance models and performance metrics.

- Own delivery KPIs such as on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, gross margin, and SLA compliance.

- Build trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders (business and technical).

- Understand client business goals and ensure all technology delivery aligns to those goals.

- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.

- Collaborate with pre-sales, account management, and solutioning teams for new logo acquisition and custom solution development.

- Manage and mentor delivery teams including Project Managers, Tech Leads, QA, DevOps, and Scrum teams.

- Drive a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence.

- Ensure team engagement, retention, and capability development.

- Lead delivery teams practicing Agile, Scrum, and DevOps principles.

- Champion adoption of automation frameworks and tools across testing, deployment, and operations.

- Ensure delivery of ROI and measurable efficiency gains through test automation and process digitization.

- Be accountable for revenue growth, billing, invoicing accuracy, and profitability (gross margin).

- Ensure cost optimization across delivery while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.

- Participate in commercial discussions, budgeting, and contract negotiations with clients.

Key Competencies

- 15+ years of experience in the IT Industry, preferably worked in service-based IT industry.

- Strategic thinking and ability to align delivery with business value

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

- High emotional intelligence and team leadership skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

- Entrepreneurial mindset and ownership-driven approach
