1. Quality Systems Development and Implementation

- Design, develop, and implement robust quality management systems (QMS) across all manufacturing units.

- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product quality and customer satisfaction.

- Drive compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma ) and regulatory requirements.

2. Customer Experience Enhancement

- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver a seamless and delightful customer journey across all touchpoints.

- Develop frameworks to capture, analyse, and act on customer feedback.

- Implement training programs for teams to drive best in class processes, product and delivered quality for our customers.

3. Continuous Improvement and Innovation

- Lead initiatives for continuous quality improvement in product design, manufacturing processes, and service delivery.

- Foster a culture of innovation by staying updated on industry trends and best practices.

4. Leadership and Team Management

- Build and mentor a team of quality professionals across factories and operations.

- Act as a key advisor to senior leadership on quality and customer experience strategies.

- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all departments.

5. E-commerce and Digital Integration

- Align quality and customer experience strategies with the organization's online and e-commerce platforms.

- Ensure consistent quality in product delivery and post-purchase customer support for online channels.

6. General Trade Oversight

- Work closely with channel sales teams to ensure quality consistency and excellent customer experience through general trade networks.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Master's degree or certifications in Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt, ISO Lead Auditor) is desirable.

Experience:

- Minimum 12-15 years of experience in quality management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Proven track record in managing quality systems within manufacturing and retail environments.

- Experience in enhancing customer experience in D2C and e-commerce sectors.

Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Assertive leadership with a focus on results and accountability.

- Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Kaizen, SPC).

- Familiarity with digital tools for customer feedback analysis and quality monitoring.
