Key Responsibilities:
- Map and build relationships with key customer stakeholders in each of the accounts to generate new business.
- Build and develop the delivery teams setting up support functions to deliver successfully.
- Periodic tracking and review of delivery and team performance.
- Identify and qualify target fintech firms and customer persona for self and India sales team.
- Generate new opportunities and take them to closure with the support of pre-sales and account management teams.
- Understand the offerings and USP of Qualitrix and present them to key client stakeholders.
- Fulfilment new positions with the support of TA and Account management and deliver as per agreed TAT.
- Coordinate with pre-sales and delivery team for proposal and pre-sales activities.
- Build and maintain adequate pipeline to meet quarterly targets.
- Handle invoicing, account operations and financial management for his accounts.
- Handle account profitability targets.
- Help account managers in developing a plan for mining.
- Ability to operate remotely and work with distributed teams
- Handle client escalations, trouble shoot delivery issues
Skillset & Experience Required:
- Proven track record of handling project deliveries for GCC clients, large enterprise clients, multiple accounts.
- Successfully delivered professional services to clients in similar industry.
- Set up delivery teams, support functions and enabled account growth with the support of TA and delivery.
- Should have handled revenue targets along with delivery responsibilities.
- Experience in project delivery management and optimization to control costs.
- Ability to understand Qualitrix offerings & USP, and explain it to prospects - understand the products or services, their features, benefits and pricing details.
- Should have handled invoicing, account operations and financial management for his accounts.
- Experience of working with pre-sales team on RFPs and new deals.
- Drive client meetings and presentations.
- Understand QA process and tools, experience in IT services and product b/g.
- Managed client escalations, trouble shoot delivery issues.
