Build dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators. - Operational Excellence: Identify bottlenecks and streamline processes to improve productivity across teams. - Decision Support: Prepare briefing documents, business cases, and insights to help leadership make high-impact decisions. - Cross-functional Leadership: Liaise with product, business, legal, finance, and HR teams to ensure alignment with India goals. - Communications: Draft internal updates, presentations, and executive communication with clarity and tone aligned to the President's vision. - Special Projects: Own and drive mission-critical projects from idea to execution. What We're Looking For: - 5-10 years of experience in consulting, tech, analytics, strategy, or Chief of Staff-type roles - Experience working with or reporting to senior executives - Strong business acumen with deep comfort in data analytics and emerging AI tools - Structured thinker, excellent communicator, bias toward action - Self-starter with high EQ, discretion, and attention to detail - Experience in the tech ecosystem (semiconductors, wireless, applications, or mobility preferred) - BS in Engineering and MBA preferred - Must be able to travel domestically and internationally
