- We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee inventory and store operations.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing stock levels, supervising store staff, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- This role requires strong organizational skills, inventory management expertise, and the ability to implement efficient store processes.
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure efficient inventory management.
- Maintain optimal stock levels by coordinating with procurement and supply chain teams.
- Monitor and record inventory movements, including inward and outward transactions.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile with system records.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory control.
- Ensure proper storage, tagging, and handling of materials to prevent damage or loss.
- Manage and train store staff on inventory procedures and safety standards.
- Generate regular inventory and store performance reports for management.
- Handle vendor coordination, goods receipt documentation, and issue slips.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/master's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or related field.
- 5-6 years of experience in store/inventory management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and MS Excel.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
