Job Summary: - This is a full-time on-site role for Talent Acquisition Lead to spearhead our recruitment strategies and ensure we attract, hire, and retain the best talent. - In this role, you will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, lead a team of recruiters, and collaborate with leadership to align talent acquisition strategies with organizational goals. Responsibilities: Recruitment Strategy and Execution: - Develop and implement effective high-volume hiring strategies to meet business objectives. - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals. - Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and create proactive talent acquisition strategies. Team Leadership and Development: - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance and fostering professional growth. - Monitor team performance, recruitment metrics, and process efficiency. - Build and maintain a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation within the talent acquisition team. Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Management: - Leverage innovative sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, networking, and employee referrals. - Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill positions. - Stay up-to-date on market trends and best practices to identify and attract top talent. Stakeholder Collaboration: - Collaborate with department heads and executives to understand hiring priorities and workforce planning needs. - Provide insights and recommendations to refine job descriptions, salary benchmarks, and market trends. - Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote a seamless hiring process. Data-Driven Decision Making: - Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and recommend improvements. - Prepare regular reports on hiring progress, pipeline health, and recruitment outcomes. - Ensure compliance with employment laws and organizational policies. Qualifications: Required/Minimum Qualifications: - Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in the Talent Acquisition role - Proven expertise in managing full-cycle recruitment and developing innovative sourcing strategies. - Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building high performing teams. - Demonstrated success within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
