QA Program Lead - Testing - US Healthcare Payer Domain

Currently we are looking out for an QA Program Lead and key skill for this requirement is listed below

20+ years of Testing experience.

10+ years of experience in managing Product testing teams

15+ years of experience in US Healthcare Payer domain

Technical Skills:

- Provide Technical Leadership, prepare Test Plan and test / release Strategy, having performed a role with similar responsibility for Payer products

- Provide Leadership for Test Design and Guidance during test specification development.

- Knowledge / experience in Test automation using Selenium / MS Playwright

- Specialist in the testing of Web Applications and Solutions.

- Having played Test Architect role, responsible for designing:

- Test Strategy and Plans,

- Setting the direction for Testing / QA,

- Carryout Due Diligence/Assessment for Automation/ Modernization/ Migration/ QA Maturity etc. and recommend QA

Roadmap.

- Mentor and coach, participate in team meetings, and create Intellectual Capital assets for reuse.

- Lead Test Best Practices implementations and Innovations etc.,

- Review and approve Test Plans and Test Designs (prepared by test team and Technical Leaders).

- Interface with Development & Architecture teams and Vendors.

- Represent QA team in Architecture, Design and Requirements inspections.

- Provides technical advice and assistance to project management team.

- Act as liaison to Development and Support teams.

- Ensure that all the QA teams follow a common Test Methodology using common Best Practices, Tools and Test Approach.

- Cooperates in Application/Product quality assessment and analysis.

- Good in Metric definition, Verification and Analysis.

- Tools Evaluations, Analysis and Recommendations.

- Knowledge of using Jira and confluence

- Good Leadership skill

- Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.

- Excellent Communication skills and able to express information to the detail.

- Good in Client and Stakeholder interaction & Communication and Presentations etc.,

- Leadership Reporting.
