Manager - Program Management
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies:
- Collaborate with senior management to define and execute strategies aligned with the overall business objectives and sales targets for specific Markets programs.
- Data analysis and reporting: Gather, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities, target segments, and potential risks.
- Provide strategic recommendations to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
Sales enablement:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, presentations, and tools that support the sector teams in effectively communicating our value proposition and winning new clients.
- Ensure sales representatives have the necessary resources and training to meet their targets.
- Implement solutions to enhance productivity, accelerate sales cycles, and increase win rates.
Cross-functional collaboration:
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, and operations, to align with team company initiatives and drive cross-functional projects that support sales growth and client satisfaction.
Years of experience required: 8+ years
Education qualification: MBA, PGDM (preferred premier institutes)
