We are looking for a highly motivated Ad Operations Specialist to join our team and provide post-sales support in ad operations. This role involves collaborating with Sales, Client Services Managers (CSMs), and Campaign Activation Specialists (CAS) to ensure smooth campaign execution across Connected TV (CTV) and Publisher AdOps platforms.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Sales and CSMs to ensure timely availability of all advertising assets.
- Manage and oversee ad operations on CTV and Publisher AdOps platforms.
- Ensure efficient queue management while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Utilize Google Ad Manager (GAM) for effective campaign management.
- Provide subject matter expertise and ensure quality control in all ad operations processes.
- Work directly on native publisher platforms for seamless ad operations.
- Participate in a 24x7 rotational shift, including weekends and holidays.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Proven experience in online ad operations, particularly in CTV AdOps and Publisher AdOps.
- Strong proficiency in Google Ad Manager (GAM).
- Expertise in queue management and quality assurance in ad operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Hands-on experience with native publisher platforms.
- Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational shift, including weekends and holidays.
