Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager with a strong agency background and a proven track record of managing international client campaigns. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, capable of executing and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), managing client relationships, and driving ROI for clients in our preferred industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Display, etc.)
- Design and implement performance marketing strategies tailored for international markets (US, UK, UAE, Europe, etc.)
- Monitor daily performance, identify trends, and proactively adjust campaigns to meet KPIs
Client Handling:
- Act as the main point of contact for international clients, leading strategy calls and campaign reviews
- Translate client goals into clear action plans with performance benchmarks
- Manage expectations, report results, and provide strategic recommendations to improve ROI
Analytics & Optimization:
- Conduct A/B testing, audience targeting, and landing page optimization
- Analyze campaign data and present actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Data Studio, and platform-specific dashboards
- Monitor CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPL, and other critical performance metrics
Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with content, design, and development teams to align creatives and messaging with campaign objectives
- Stay up to date with platform updates, emerging tools, and best practices
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in digital/performance marketing, with2+ years in a digital marketing agency
- Demonstrated success in managing international paid media campaigns
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and remarketing strategies
- Strong knowledge of conversion tracking, UTM setup, GA4, GSC, and marketing funnels
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
