Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager who comes from a digital agency background and has successfully managed international clients across industries. The ideal candidate should be highly creative, data-savvy, and capable of building, executing, and optimizing multi-platform social media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Key responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute tailored social media strategies for international clients (US, UK, UAE, etc.)
- Align social media efforts with broader digital marketing and business goals
- Stay current with social media trends, tools, best practices, and platform updates
Client Management:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for social media services with international clients
- Conduct regular client meetings, strategy sessions, and performance reviews
Content & Campaigns:
- Create and oversee content calendars, campaign planning, and creative direction
- Collaborate with design and content teams to produce engaging visuals and copy
- Manage campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
Community Management:
- Monitor and manage brand presence, audience interactions, and sentiment
- Engage with communities, respond to comments/messages, and maintain brand tone
- Handle reputation management and escalate issues as needed
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Sprout Social, or similar
- Generate and present detailed monthly/quarterly reports with insights and recommendations
- Use data to optimize content strategy, ad performance, and audience targeting
Requirements:
- Master's or Bachelor's in any related field.
- 35 years of experience in social media marketing, with at least 2 years in an agency role
- Proven experience managing international client accounts and diverse industries (eCommerce, Tech, Real Estate, Healthcare, etc.)
- In-depth knowledge of platform algorithms, advertising, and analytics tools
- Strong understanding of paid vs organic strategies across platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative eye for content
Preferred Qualification:
- Experience with global tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Certification in Social Media Marketing, Facebook Blueprint, or HubSpot is an advantage
