Position: Vice President - Technology

We are now seeking a visionary Vice President - Technology to spearhead our technology strategy, drive product innovation, and lead our technical teams to build scalable and impactful dairy technology solutions.

Location: Ahmedabad

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

- Technology Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with the company's goals.

- Product Development: Lead the design and development of innovative dairy technology products and solutions.

- Technical Leadership: Provide direction to cross-functional teams, fostering innovation and excellence.

- Resource Management: Optimize technical resources including talent, infrastructure, and budget.

- Quality Assurance: Define and enforce quality standards across all product lines.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Time-to-Market: Efficiency of product development and launch.

- Customer Satisfaction: Customer feedback and adoption of technology solutions.

- Revenue Growth: Contribution of technology products to company revenue.

- Technical Innovation: Number and impact of new innovations implemented.

- Team Performance: Productivity, collaboration, and retention within technical teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the company's technology strategy in alignment with business objectives.

- Drive end-to-end product lifecycle - from research and design to deployment and support.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, product, customer success) to ensure timely delivery of solutions.

- Manage budgets, infrastructure, and talent to optimize product delivery.

- Stay ahead of industry trends, dairy-tech advancements, and competitive landscape.

- Establish robust quality assurance processes across all platforms.

- Mentor, coach, and build high-performing engineering teams.

- Represent technology vision to customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.

- Provide project visibility and regular updates to senior leadership and board.

- Use data-driven decision making to track technology initiatives against KPIs.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Proven track record as an engineering leader managing multiple technical teams.

- Strong experience in software architecture and product engineering.

- Hands-on expertise with real-time data-driven systems, consumer-facing digital products, and SaaS platforms.

- Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.

- Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on technical contributions.

- Experience presenting project updates and technology vision to senior management / board.

- Passion for data-driven decision making and process improvement.
