We are expanding in North America and seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive outbound sales and lead generation.
This role involves engaging key decision-makers in the eCommerce and data solutions space, identifying potential customers, and fueling our sales pipeline.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
- Generate high-quality Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) that align with PromptCloud's ideal customer profile.
- Qualify leads by understanding customer pain points, needs, and interest in our data-driven solutions.
- Schedule discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives, ensuring a seamless handover.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, engagement, and pipeline activity in HubSpot CRM.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in a SaaS/startup environment.
- Experience in the US market, with a strong understanding of North American buyer behavior and sales cycles.
- Background in eCommerce or data solutions preferred-familiarity with eCommerce platforms, analytics - tools, or competitive intelligence is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, including cold calling and crafting compelling outreach messages.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with minimal supervision.
