Role Overview
We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Specialist who is passionate about technology and digital communication.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop, refine, and execute a comprehensive social media marketing strategy aligned with brand and business objectives, especially in the tech services space.
- Set quarterly performance goals (e.g., reach, engagement, follower growth, CTRs) and develop tactical roadmaps to achieve them.
Platform & Content Management
- Own and manage social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube.
Community Engagement & Brand Building
- Proactively engage with followers, industry pages, and thought leaders to foster community growth.
- Maintain and enhance the companys online reputation through active social listening, comments moderation, and message responses.
Campaign Management & Analytics
- Manage organic and paid campaigns on LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Instagram promotions.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Support marketing initiatives including employer branding, recruitment campaigns, and tech event promotions.
- Work with HR and Sales to align messaging for hiring drives and lead generation programs.
Technical Skills & Tool Proficiency
Platforms & Tools:
Content Creation & Branding:
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and design coordination
- Familiarity with content trends specific to tech (e.g., AI, SaaS, cloud)
Analytics & Optimization:
- Ability to extract, analyze, and act on data from social metrics and web analytics tools
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors/masters degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing social media for IT/Tech/B2B organizations
- Strong command of written and spoken English with a tech-savvy communication style
- Deep understanding of social media algorithms, content formats, and engagement tactics
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles, email marketing tools, and content distribution channels is a plus
