Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our digital presence across various social platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media strategy, content creation, and analytics, preferably within the IT or tech industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Manage and create compelling content for platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to produce engaging graphics, videos, and campaigns.
- Drive brand awareness and audience engagement through both organic and paid campaigns.
- Monitor emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Analyze performance metrics, prepare monthly reports, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Manage community interactions and online reputation across platforms.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience managing social media accounts, ideally for an IT or tech company.
- Proficient in tools such as Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- In-depth understanding of current social media trends, platform algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- MBA is required
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with B2B marketing and lead generation through social platforms.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and content promotion techniques.
- Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Sprout Social.
