Role : Project Manager - SAP S/4HANA Implementation & Integration

Job Responsibilities :

1. Project Planning & Execution :

- Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resources in collaboration with the Project Lead and external partners.

- Develop detailed project plans including milestones, budgets, risk management, and change control processes.

- Track and manage project deliverables using appropriate tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, SAP Activate Methodology).

- Ensure timely execution of the SAP implementation roadmap and integration efforts.

2. Stakeholder Management :

- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical SAP implementation team.

- Conduct regular status meetings with internal leadership, functional heads, and vendors.

- Prepare executive-level reports and dashboards to track progress, risks, and KPIs.

3. Functional Integration :

- Work with business process owners from Finance, Procurement, Sales, Manufacturing, and Logistics to map existing processes and translate them into SAP-compatible workflows.

- Ensure smooth integration with existing systems (if any) or legacy data.

- Lead data migration, master data validation, and cutover planning.

4. People Leadership & Vendor Coordination :

- Coordinate the activities of internal team members and external consultants/implementation partners.

- Manage third-party vendors for system configuration, customization, testing, and training.

5. Quality Assurance & Testing :

- Oversee all stages of functional and technical testing (Unit, UAT, Integration, Regression).

- Drive the issue resolution process with SAP consultants and internal IT teams.

- Ensure post-go-live stabilization and user adoption

Desired Candidates Profile :

Education & Certification :

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.

- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.

- SAP S/4HANA Project Management certification is an advantage.

Experience :

- 6+ years of IT Project Management experience with at least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.

- Deep understanding of SAP modules : MM, PP, SD, FICO, WM, PM (as relevant to manufacturing).

- Prior experience managing SAP rollout in manufacturing, packaging, plastics, or FMCG sectors is highly preferred.

- Hands-on experience working in multi-site or multi-country SAP projects.

Skills :

- Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology or equivalent.

- Excellent project planning, communication, and coordination skills.

- Proven ability to work in cross-cultural, multi-lingual environments.

- Conflict management and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in English is mandatory; Portuguese or French is a plus.

Location & Travel ;

- Base Location : Luanda, Angola.

- Willingness to travel to factory locations within Angola as required (Benguela, Lubango, Huambo, etc.).
