
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning, work breakdown, timeline definition, and milestone tracking for JDE integration initiatives.
- Manage scope, resources, and dependencies across offshore development, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Oversee daily Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, execution, and backlog grooming.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and change requests, ensuring timely escalation to leadership.
- Ensure adherence to budget, timelines, and quality standards.
- Prepare and deliver status reports, dashboards, and governance materials to stakeholders.
- Maintain stakeholder alignment through regular communication and checkpoints.
- Act as day-to-day leader for the offshore team, ensuring productivity and accountability.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and client teams for scope and approach alignment.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of JD Edwards (JDE) and integration workflows.
- Proven experience managing onshore-offshore delivery models.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Expertise in risk management, budgeting, change control, and reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in retail, supply chain, or eCommerce ERP integrations.
- Exposure to integration tools (Boomi, MuleSoft, AWS services).
- Knowledge of enterprise governance models and executive reporting
