Project Manager/Program Manager - Microsoft Power Platform/Automation Technology

Title: Program Manager - Power Platform Delivery - Scrum Master

Location: Bangalore [Preferred by the client]

Experience: Minimum 10 years in Microsoft Power Platform and other automation technologies

Position Type: Full-time

- Extensive experience in project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum) with a proven record of delivering complex technical projects.

- Strong experience with Kanban methodology and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and best practices.

- Implement and maintain Kanban boards to track project progress.

- Familiarity with software development processes and cloud platforms.

- Demonstrated strong leadership skills managing cross- functional teams, provide direction and mentor team members.

- Experience in fostering collaboration, resolving conflicts and motivating teams towards successful project delivery.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at various levels.

- Capability to develop project plans, define project scope, goals and deliverables.

- Display strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

- Ability to develop risk management strategies and contingency plans to ensure project success.

- Understanding Quality Management processes.

- Ability to navigate and manage changes effectively. Experience in handling scope changes, assessing impacts and making adjustments as needed.

- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.

- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field.

- Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in project management.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.

- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Exhibit a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating project risks.

- Show commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.

- Understanding of technical concepts, systems, and architectures relevant to LS domain preferred.
