Job Title: Project Manager - Operations

Role Overview:

We're seeking a seasoned Project Manager - Operations to lead and drive cross-functional operational initiatives from inception through delivery. The ideal candidate will excel in stakeholder collaboration, risk management, and achieving strategic goals on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, success criteria, and KPI metrics.

- Plan and execute projects across operations functions including Procurement, Finance, Customer Service, Technology, and Logistics.

- Coordinate multi-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and timely delivery.

- Monitor project progress, budget utilization, resource allocation, and quality standards.

- Manage risks and issues proactively; devise mitigation and escalation plans.

- Prepare and share regular status updates, dashboards, and post-project reviews with senior stakeholders.

- Foster process improvements by analyzing performance data and recommending actionable optimizations.

- Mentor and coach junior project team members on best practices and methodologies.

Qualifications & Experience:

- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification from a premier institute (IIM/NIT/ISB/Tier-1 institution).

- 5-8 years of relevant experience in project management or operations management.

- Demonstrated track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects - ideally within consulting, corporate operations, or technology-led services.

- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana) and MS Office suite.

- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret financial/business data.

- Exceptional communication skills-both written and verbal-for stakeholder management across all levels.

- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are a plus.
