Project Manager - Mergers & Acquisitions - Insurance/Financial Services

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage M&A integration projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Develop and execute project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.

- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between business units, IT, operations, and external partners.

- Identify risks, create mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

- Drive Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) to foster transparency and delivery excellence.

- Oversee post-merger integration activities, including systems harmonization, process alignment, and cultural integration.

- Provide regular updates and performance reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and implementing best practices.

- 9+ years of experience managing large-scale projects, including at least 3-5 years in M&A and integration within Insurance or Financial Services
