Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented IT Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive experience managing IT projects, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Management:

- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resources.

- Create and manage detailed project plans, including milestones and schedules.

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects.

Team Leadership:

- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the project are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.

- Facilitate team collaboration and resolve issues that arise.

Stakeholder Communication:

- Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders.

- Provide regular updates, reports, and presentations on project status, risks, and issues.

- Manage expectations and ensure alignment between stakeholders and the project team.

Risk & Issue Management:

- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

- Proactively address project issues and conflicts.

Quality & Compliance:

- Ensure projects comply with internal policies, security standards, and industry regulations.

- Conduct post-project evaluations and continuous improvement reviews.

Budget & Resource Management:

- Monitor and control project budgets and expenditures.

- Allocate and manage project resources efficiently.
