Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for payments and banking initiatives, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, Gantt charts, and step-by-step action plans, ensuring all deliverables are clearly defined and tracked.
- Effectively communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to all stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Monitor and control project budgets and financial plans, ensuring adherence to allocated resources.
- Oversee resource allocation and team activities to optimize project performance.
- Implement and enforce quality standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks, developing contingency plans to minimize impact.
- Facilitate efficient collaboration between internal teams, external vendors, and clients.
- Ensure all project activities comply with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements within the payments and banking domain.
Required Qualifications:
- Academic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: 12-15 years of prior experience in the payment domain is essential.
- Preference for candidates with backgrounds in reputable financial technology companies such as Euronet, FSS, FIS, ISG, Worldline, Paytm, Pine Labs, or similar.
- Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator, Delivery Specialist, or in a similar project support and management role.
Domain Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of end-to-end project management methodologies.
- Working knowledge of the Payments and Banking domain, including transaction flows, processing, and relevant compliance/standards (e.g., PCI DSS, ISO 20022).
Technical Proficiency:
- Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, and other modern project management platforms.
- Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and various project documentation.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2.
