Project Manager/Execution Head

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Head of Execution) to lead and oversee all phases of project execution. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Specifications:

- Oversee project designs, drawings, and specifications in collaboration with the design team.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align on project goals, deliverables, and timelines.

Project Planning & Execution:

- Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

- Proactively manage risks and resolve delays.

Innovation & Process Improvement:

- Stay current with industry trends and implement innovative strategies to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

BOM & Tendering:

- Coordinate the preparation of Bill of Materials (BOMs) and tender documentation for procurement and vendor selection.

Budget Management:

- Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities to ensure financial control.

Quality Assurance:

- Maintain quality standards through regular site inspections, reviews, and audits.

Contract & Vendor Management:

- Administer contracts, manage vendor relationships, ensure timely delivery of services/materials, and oversee payment processes.

Risk Management:

- Identify potential project risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.

Reporting & Documentation:

- Maintain accurate project records and provide regular progress reports to senior management.

Key Qualifications:

- 15 years of proven experience in end-to-end project management.

- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.

- Proficient in project management tools and techniques.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
