Project Manager - ERP

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead ERP projects from concept through completion, driving delivery across the entire project life cycle.

- Develop and manage detailed project management plans including scope, time, cost, risk, and quality management.

- Maintain control of project schedules, resources, budgets, and risks, ensuring timely issue resolution and escalation.

- Facilitate and lead regular meetings with stakeholders, project teams, senior managers, and executives.

- Serve as the primary client interface, managing deliverables, requirement changes, and formal approvals.

- Ensure clear communication and updates to Program Managers, Project Sponsors, and business stakeholders.

- Drive compliance with project governance, milestones, and performance metrics.

- Conduct and coordinate project reviews, sign-off sessions, and workshops to ensure alignment and closure.

- Identify risks early, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure smooth execution of ERP projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 8+ years of experience in Project Management of ERP Applications (Oracle, Epicor, or Engineering solutions).

- Proven expertise in end-to-end ERP implementations, upgrades, and rollouts.

- Strong skills in project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder management.

- Experience working in cross-functional and global delivery environments.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, or equivalent).

- Strong understanding of SDLC / Agile / Hybrid project management methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.

- ERP-specific certifications (Oracle, Epicor, or related).

- Experience in managing large-scale ERP transformations in manufacturing/engineering industries
