Key Responsibilities:

- Manage large and complex digital transformation delivery engagements as a Project Manager.

- Oversee multi-country/multi-market engagements and ensure successful project execution.

- Apply project and program management methodologies and techniques effectively.

- Drive Agile-led delivery models and ensure seamless coordination across teams.

- Identify and manage risks and issues, taking corrective actions as necessary.

- Ensure proper coordination of projects and interdependencies for smooth delivery.

- Provide strong leadership and effective management to project teams.

Required Skills & Experience:.

- 7-12 years of experience in project and program management.

- Extensive experience in managing Banking-related digital engagements.

- Proven expertise in Agile methodologies and delivery frameworks.-

- Strong understanding of digital transformation in banking and financial services.

- Experience working in a global, multi-location delivery environment.

- Ability to handle complex stakeholder management and ensure project success.
