Project Manager - Dairy

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager Dairy to lead the planning, execution, and commissioning of dairy processing facilities in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background with proven project management experience in the dairy or food industry, along with deep knowledge of processing equipment and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Management

- Manage full project lifecycle from planning to commissioning and handover.

- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.

- Mitigate project risks, handle delays, and resolve resource conflicts.

- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Engineering & Technical Oversight

- Design and review plant layouts and P&ID diagrams.

- Oversee installation and commissioning of pasteurizers, homogenizers, separators, and CIP systems.

- Ensure proper integration of SCADA/PLC systems and refrigeration units.

- Work in compliance with international standards like HACCP, ISO 22000, and GMP.

Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination

- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal cross-functional teams.

- Ensure timely procurement and installation of equipment and materials.

- Coordinate with QA, Production, and Maintenance teams for smooth project execution.

Tools & Software

- Proficiency in AutoCAD for layout design.

- Project scheduling and management using MS Project or Primavera.

Required Qualifications :-

- Degree in Mechanical, Food Process, Dairy, or Industrial Engineering.

- 8 to 15 years of overall experience.

- Minimum 5 years of project experience in dairy or food processing industries.

- Strong knowledge of:

- Dairy/food plant layout & P&ID

- Pasteurizers, homogenizers, separators, and CIP systems

- SCADA/PLC automation systems and refrigeration technologies

- HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP guidelines.

Preferred Skills & Traits :

- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

- Strong analytical, solution-oriented, and adaptable mindset.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.

- Experience with international or GCC-based projects is highly desirable.

- Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
