Project Manager - Consulting Firm

- Lead a team for the delivery of consulting engagements with top clients across diverse industries - FMCG, F&B, 3PL/ Logistics, Apparel, E-Commerce, Retail, Chemicals, Automotive, High Tech Manufacturing - in various functional areas of supply chain/ operations like Material Flow Design/ Re-Engineering, Logistics, Network Design, Inventory Management, IT Tools, S&OP and Supply Chain Strategy

- Conceptualize and implement the solutions for clients and manage the team to achieve the results

- Interact extensively with client team for project management, stakeholder management, data collection, solutions development / discussion, invoicing and payment

- Prepare solution decks and present to the client in the meetings during various phases of the projects

- Responsible for the quality of deliverables through proactively arrange review of the solution by the "Project Review Team" (Director / Subject Matter Experts)

- Actively participate in the business development to achieve the sales target assigned (Project sales target)

- Responsible for the career growth and mentoring of the reportees assigned

- Update and ensure quality of documentation at the end of every project

- Drive standardization in project delivery through creation and updating of tools/ databases
