Position: Project Manager - Civil
Purpose of the job:

- Exceptional leadership skills. Ability to lead and drive the project. Ability to garner Client and Management support and confidence.
Experience: 5 years position specific experience &15 years overall professional experience
Language: English (fluent)
Key Responsibilities & Activities:
- Responsible for overall program mobilization and delivery, operations, planning, identifying key issues and constraints, setting key milestones, reviewing program progress and giving overall direction to projects
- Responsible for all external stakeholder management with Client, Subcontractor, Consultants, Regulators & Governmental authorities. Responsible to drive engaging and result oriented discussions with stakeholders and to bring solutions and progress to the table
- Responsible for all internal stakeholder management with HR, PEL, Commercial & Contracts, HSE, Quality, Finance and other associated corporate and Divisional functions to ensure project delivery as per set program and contract expectations. Responsible to ensure that project related issues and concerns are addressed by routine engagement with respective functions
- Responsible to ensure all build costs and associated revenue is accurately planned, forecasted, captured and reported
- Responsible for all project specific financial objectives by preparing annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analysing variances, initiating corrective actions
- Responsible for all individual and all project specific productivity targets, KPIs and attainment thereof.
