Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Change Management, Release Management, and Quality Assurance (QA) Governance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project lifecycles, ensuring smooth change and release processes, and maintaining high-quality delivery standards through robust QA best practices. You will play a critical role in orchestrating complex initiatives, minimizing risk, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across our software delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Project Management:

- Lead the planning, execution, and closure of IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and timeline objectives.

- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies proactively.

- Report on project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and senior management regularly.

Change Management:

- Oversee the implementation of an effective Change Management framework to ensure all changes to IT services and infrastructure are recorded, evaluated, authorized, and implemented with minimal disruption.

- Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, preparing and presenting change requests for review and approval.

- Communicate change schedules and impacts to all relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparency and preparedness.

Release Management:

- Manage the end-to-end Release Management lifecycle, from planning and scheduling to coordination and deployment of software releases across various environments.

- Ensure proper release planning, coordination, and communication, minimizing conflicts and maximizing efficiency.

- Develop and implement release readiness criteria, go/no-go decisions, and post-release validation procedures.

- Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline release processes and automate where possible.
