Project Manager - BFSI

About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Program Manager / Scrum Master to lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure smooth execution of projects across client engagements, product development, and technology programs.

The role requires strong expertise in agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and program governance to deliver high-quality outcomes on time.

What Youll Do

- Own and facilitate all key scrum ceremonies stand-ups, stakeholder demos, retrospectives, and scrum-of-scrums.

- Provide program management expertise for executing multiple cross-functional projects across client, product, technology, and operations.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, build project roadmaps, and drive end-to-end implementation.

- Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

- Manage resource plans and allocations across projects to optimize utilization.

- Proactively identify and resolve impediments, risks, issues, and dependencies to keep projects on track.

- Serve as a trusted partner to stakeholders, ensuring visibility, accountability, and alignment across teams.

What Were Looking For

- 6-10 years of experience in program management, project management, or scrum mastery.

- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks.

- Proven track record of managing multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously.

- Exceptional skills in planning, scheduling, and resource management.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills ability to influence without authority.

- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent.

- Certification in Scrum Master / PMP / Agile is a plus.
