
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager with 4-6 years of professional experience and an MBA to join our growing team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.
- This role requires a strong leader with exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, capable of managing complex initiatives and cross-functional teams while aligning projects with strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Strategy:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget forecasts.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
- Align project objectives with the company's strategic goals, leveraging business acumen gained from an MBA.
Execution & Monitoring:
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to established methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage potential risks and issues.
- Implement robust change management processes to address scope creep and evolving requirements.
Stakeholder Management & Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
- Communicate project status, risks, and performance metrics effectively to all relevant parties, including executive leadership.
- Facilitate productive meetings and workshops to drive consensus and decision-making.
Financial Management & Reporting:
- Manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring financial targets are met.
- Prepare detailed project reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and best practices for future initiatives.
Risk Management:
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges and ensure project continuity.
Continuous Improvement:
- Champion best practices in project management and contribute to the refinement of internal processes and methodologies.
- Mentor junior project team members and share knowledge to enhance overall team capabilities.
Qualifications Required:
- Education: Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution.
Experience: 4-6 years of progressive experience in project management roles, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
Methodologies: Strong understanding and practical experience with various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid).
Tools: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, Trello) and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
Leadership: Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
