Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing timelines, resources, budgets, and communications across cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
You should have a solid understanding of project management methodologies, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to drive stakeholder engagement at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution:
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans.
- Create detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets using tools like MS Project, Jira, Asana, or Trello.
- Lead the execution of projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Team & Stakeholder Coordination:
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g , engineering, design, QA, sales, marketing) and external stakeholders to meet project objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project communication and escalation.
- Conduct regular meetings to update teams and stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues.
Risk & Issue Management:
- Identify potential project risks, create mitigation plans, and proactively address issues.
- Ensure proper documentation, approvals, and change control procedures are followed.
Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track key project metrics such as budget utilization, resource allocation, and delivery milestones.
- Prepare and present progress reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
- Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/master's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred).
- 4-5 years of project management experience, preferably in [insert relevant industry: IT, construction, consulting, etc.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g , MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana, Smartsheet).
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall environments
