We are seeking a highly organized and strategic PMO - Recruitment to lead, manage, and optimize all recruitment-related projects across the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring that recruitment initiatives are aligned with business objectives, delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, a deep understanding of recruitment processes, and experience in managing multiple stakeholders across different levels and functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

- Serve as the central point of contact for all recruitment projects across the organization.

- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans for recruitment initiatives.

- Manage end-to-end lifecycle of recruitment projects, including volume hiring campaigns, executive searches, diversity hiring drives, technology implementations, and employer branding initiatives.

- Monitor progress, identify risks, and proactively implement mitigation plans to ensure timely project delivery.

- Establish and maintain project documentation including charters, trackers, dashboards, and reports.

Stakeholder Management:

- Partner with Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, business leaders, and external vendors to understand hiring needs and project priorities.

- Provide regular updates to leadership on project status, key metrics, and roadblocks.

- Facilitate cross-functional meetings, ensure alignment on goals, and drive accountability across teams.
