Project Management Lead

A rapidly growing logistics infrastructure group is seeking a Project Management Lead to drive mission-critical initiatives across operations, automation, and facility expansion.

This leadership role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on project manager with experience in container freight stations (CFS), engineering projects, and tech-led transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive cross-functional initiatives involving operations, IT, procurement, and compliance.

- Establish and monitor project governance, budgets, and timelines using PMO tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).

- Manage external vendors and contractors to ensure project milestones are met.

- Track and report KPIs, risk logs, and progress dashboards for internal stakeholders.

Ideal Profile:

- 10-15 years of experience in project management within logistics, infrastructure, or industrial operations.

- Proven track record in delivering greenfield/brownfield projects (preferably in CFS or container logistics).

- Strong knowledge of automation, digital tools, and process improvement (Lean/Six Sigma preferred).

- Proficient in project management software and financial tracking.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
