The role demands domain expertise across banking, insurance, fintech, and asset management sectors with a strong track record of leading teams and client-oriented problem-solving.

Responsibilities

1) Leading financial services research projects and managing analytics delivery with high quality and insight.

2) Steering the development of intellectual property, points of view, and sector-specific thought leadership.

3) Communicating effectively with global consulting teams and presenting client-ready insights. Utilizing tools like Tableau, Excel, and Alteryx to build data dashboards and conduct advanced analysis.

4) Managing workflow allocation, coaching junior team members, and ensuring efficient project planning.

Requirements

1) 5-8 years (UG) or 3-6 years (PG) of experience in banking, insurance, asset management, payments, or fintech.

2) Strong command of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of Tableau, Python/R, or Alteryx is a plus.

3) Proven ability in open-ended research, industry scans, and creating sector-specific insights.

4) Excellent communication, multitasking skills, and ability to work with ambiguity.

5) Passion for financial services and the ability to drive high-impact research and client support.
