Project Head - Sell Out - Consumer Electronic Firm

We are looking for an experienced Project Head(Sell Out) for one of our prestigious client into consumer electronics.

Retail Operations Management:

- Oversee retail operations and ensure that retail teams are deployed and performing as per the client's standards across various locations in Delhi and other regions.

- Monitor and improve the effectiveness of retail operations, ensuring all retail outlets maintain optimal stock levels, product availability, and brand visibility.

- Collaborate with retail partners to enhance operational efficiency and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Visual Merchandising Execution:

- Ensure that visual merchandising guidelines provided by the client are consistently followed across all retail locations.

- Work closely with the merchandising team to ensure that in-store displays, product layouts, and branding reflect the client's visual identity and marketing objectives.

- Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of merchandising displays and recommend improvements for better customer engagement.

- This role will be based in Delhi and will involve overseeing pan-India retail operations, visual merchandising, promoter training, induction processes, and ensuring the alignment of staffing solutions with the client's strategic goals.

- The Project Head will serve as the key point of contact between the staffing company and the client, ensuring that all retail programs run smoothly.

- Design and implement comprehensive training programs for retail promoters, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies.

- Track promoter performance, providing feedback and coaching to ensure continuous improvement and goal achievement.
