- Lead the nationwide Projects & Maintenance function for MBL, managing infrastructure, drive space-optimized efficient design, cost effective procurement & timely execution, ensuring regulatory compliance, fire safety norms and environmental regulations.

- The scope of work also included co-ordinating with brand architects.

- Cost Control and Cost Reduction to make business profitable

- Scrutiny of quotations and negotiate with vendors

- Execution of Entire Fit-out works.

- Team Management

- Project Management

- Co-ordination with Architects, PMC & the Developer.

- Preparing the Bills and Rate Analysis for various items
