Project Head

Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Head to lead the execution of high-value interior design projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing projects end-to-endfrom concept to handoverensuring timely delivery, superior quality, cost-effectiveness, and complete client satisfaction. This role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and excellent stakeholder management.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

Project Leadership & Execution:

- Lead, plan, and manage end-to-end execution of interior design projects.

- Oversee project lifecycle including design coordination, procurement, execution, and handover.

- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with design intent and client expectations.

Planning & Resource Management:

- Prepare and monitor detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

- Review BOQs, GFC drawings, and technical documentation for accuracy and feasibility.

- Drive value engineering, cost optimization, and efficient resource utilization.

Team & Vendor Coordination:

- Collaborate with design teams, project managers, site engineers, contractors, and vendors for seamless execution.

- Build, mentor, and manage a strong project execution team.

- Conduct regular team reviews and ensure effective delegation.

Client & Stakeholder Management:

- Act as the single point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders.

- Conduct regular progress meetings with clients and provide transparent updates.

- Ensure high standards of client servicing and satisfaction.

Quality, Compliance & Risk Management:

- Maintain strict compliance with design standards, safety norms, and quality benchmarks.

- Conduct frequent site inspections and audits.

- Anticipate potential project risks/delays and implement proactive solutions.

Reporting & Documentation:

- Provide regular MIS reports and project status updates to senior management/MD.

- Maintain detailed project documentation for approvals, contracts, and handovers.

Key Skills & Competencies :

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- Excellent knowledge of interior design execution, construction practices, and project management.

- Proficiency in project planning tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Effective communication and client-handling abilities.

- Ability to multitask and manage large-scale, complex projects.

Educational Qualification :

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil/Construction/Architecture OR Diploma in Interior Design/Project Management.

- PMP/Project Management Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
