Job Title: Head Projects (Project Manager).

Location: Sohna, Gurgaon.

Job Overview:

- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Head to oversee the end-to-end execution of construction projects, ensuring timely completion with the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing high-end residential projects, vendor management, team leadership, and regulatory compliance.

- This role will primarily focus on the Sohna project site while also overseeing Sonipat and other future project sites.

The base location will be Sohna, Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

- Responsible for overall project completion within agreed timelines while maintaining the highest safety, EHS, and quality standards.

- Prepare detailed project plans, including stage-wise material requirements, fund forecasts, and progress timelines.

- Monitor project progress, cost, adherence to design & specifications, and quality control measures.

- Ensure smooth execution of all site activities, including civil, structural, and finishing works.

Stakeholder Management & Coordination:

- Liaise with contractors, vendors, architects, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.

- Manage statutory approvals, regulatory compliance, and necessary government clearances.

- Coordinate with internal procurement, design, and finance teams for smooth execution.

Resource & Budget Management:

- Prepare and evaluate project cost estimates and budgets.

- Manage vendor and contractor appointments, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality standards, and timely execution.

- Optimize resource allocation, track project budgets, and ensure cost control measures are implemented effectively.

Team Leadership & Performance Management:

- Build and lead a high-performing on-site team, providing guidance, motivation, and performance oversight.

- Recruit and develop a competent site execution team.

- Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and problem-solving within the project team.

Quality & Safety Compliance:

- Implement best construction practices with a strong emphasis on workmanship and materials quality.

- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, EHS guidelines, and compliance standards.

- Conduct periodic site inspections and audits to assess progress, safety, and quality parameters.

Handover & Post-Completion:

- Ensure seamless handover of possession to customers.

- Provide value engineering input during design, development, and execution.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 18-20 years of experience in high-end residential/commercial project execution.

- Strong experience in construction site management, quality control, budgeting, vendor negotiations, and regulatory approvals.

- Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.

- In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, and safety regulations.

- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently at the site while coordinating with the head office.
