
About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Program Manager to design, manage, and scale global TA programs that strengthen our brand, enhance candidate experience, and enable business growth. This role will drive cross-functional initiatives across employer branding, TA automation, campus hiring, DEI, and global recruitment programs, ensuring consistent execution and measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employer Branding & EVP - Build and execute strategies to position the company as an employer of choice; strengthen global Employee Value Proposition.
- Program Management - Design and roll out scalable global TA programs, ensuring alignment with business and talent priorities.
- Process Automation & Analytics - Partner with HR Ops/Tech to drive TA automation, dashboards, and efficiency improvements.
- Campus & Early Careers - Conceptualize and manage campus hiring programs, creating sustainable early talent pipelines.
- Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) - Develop and execute programs to improve representation and inclusion across global hiring.
- Social Media & Campaigns - Run impactful social media recruitment campaigns to engage talent communities.
- Candidate Experience - Design frameworks to continuously improve candidate journey and satisfaction.
- Stakeholder Collaboration - Partner with business leaders, HR, and TA teams to ensure alignment and adoption of programs.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 8-12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, or TA Programs.
- Proven expertise in designing and scaling TA initiatives (branding, campus, DEI, automation, candidate experience).
- Strong program management and change management skills.
- Experience with ATS, recruitment technology, and analytics preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence across global teams.
