Program Manager - Human Resources
Key Responsibilities:
This role is pivotal in driving a unified and future-ready Talent Acquisition (TA) strategy across company. The incumbent will lead the transformation of recruitment processes, digital adoption, internal mobility, campus and employer branding to deliver a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
Drive One company Recruitment Process:- Engineer an integrated recruitment framework across Leadership, Corporate, Regional, International, and SCC hiring.
- Ensure consistency and alignment with company values in every hiring interaction.
- Drive capability development for hiring managers and recruiters to elevate interviewing standards and attract top-tier talent.
- Strengthen companys positioning as an employer of choice through impactful job descriptions, candidate-briefing packs, and digital presence (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Career Page).
Digital Transformation & Governance:- Translate the recruitment lifecycle into a seamless digital experience via Oracle HRIS.
- Ensure governance and adoption of digital tools for enhanced candidate and manager experience.
Internal Mobility & Job Posting:- Anchor and standardize the Internal Job Posting and Mobility process across all entities.
Talent Acquisition Analytics:- Develop and maintain a comprehensive TA dashboard with actionable insights for HRBPs and leadership.
- Leverage data analytics to inform and enhance recruitment strategies and execution.
Campus Hiring & Program Management:- Lead campus hiring initiatives and post-hiring program management for Interns, MTs, and GETs from premier institutions.
Qualification:MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field
Experience:- 8 to 12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with exposure to digital transformation, campus hiring, and employer branding.
