Job Description:
As a Program Manager at 91hr, you will play a crucial role in driving project success and ensuring timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Resource Allocation:
- Work closely with team leads and stakeholders to assign the right resources to tasks on time.
- Optimize resource utilization to meet project goals efficiently.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Lead multiple teams, including engineering, product management, data science, and business stakeholders, to ensure clear communication and alignment.
Project Delivery:
- Align Teams to Business Objectives: Ensure all teams are focused on timelines, scope, and quality.
- Conflict Resolution: Act as the central point of contact for teams to resolve conflicts and guide them toward successful project execution.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Agile Methodologies: Lead projects using Agile methodologies and the SAFe framework, adapting best practices to scale and execute large, multi-team projects effectively.
- User-Centric Designs: Partner with UI/UX and other CX teams to integrate user-centric designs into development processes.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and create mitigation plans to keep projects on track.
Growth and Development:
- Mentorship: Mentor junior program management staff to foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Team Support: Provide guidance and support to ensure team members' growth and development.
