Job Description:

The Program Lead will serve as the operational and strategic hub for the leadership team, with the goal of establishing and scaling the institute in the first few years. The role is akin to a Chief of Staff for an early stage start-up.

Key responsibilities include:

- Develop and refine the institute's vision, mission, and strategic roadmap.

- Contribute to the development of short-term and long-term strategic and operational plans for institute success and scalability.

- Work closely with senior leadership and diverse teams, acting as a central point of contact, ensuring smooth, cross-functional operations and organizational alignment, to ensure seamless execution of programs.

- Identify and foster partnerships with global academic institutions and industry leaders, to enhance program offerings.

- Drive programs / initiatives to establish the institute's reputation and attract stakeholders.

- Anticipate potential challenges and facilitate collaborative problem-solving among teams to achieve resolution.

- Adapt to evolving priorities and ensure the institute's growth remains aligned to organizational goals.
