Title: Program Manager
Experience: 10 to 12 years
Location: Bangalore
Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage program plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution.
- Coordinate and oversee multiple projects within the program to align with strategic objectives.
- Facilitate communication among cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues proactively.
- Ensure resource allocation is optimized and aligned with business priorities.
- Track and report program performance metrics, milestones, and key deliverables.
- Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project managers and team members.
- Foster collaboration and innovation within the program team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, or equivalent.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- PMP, PgMP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
